Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy In the event that you need to cancel a session: I understand that situations arise where sessions may have to be cancelled. Please ensure wherever possible that this is done with at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will not receive a refund. If I need to cancel for any reason, I will always endeavor to give at least 48 hours’ notice. You will always receive a refund for a session I have cancelled. If payment has already been received for a session, this will carry over to the next session. If a monthly payment has been made, I will refund this payment. Late Arrival The client is expected to arrive on time for sessions. If a client arrives late, they will forfeit the amount of late arrival. There will be no deduction of fees or adjustment of fees due to time lost. Please do not try to join a call too early, as it is likely I am tutoring another child. Sessions will finish promptly. This ensures any further appointments can go ahead on time.
